Contact Dress Nicely
Support for Dress Nicely is handled by Konrad Lottenbach, trading as madeforth. Use the contact form for Dress Nicely at madeforth. Begin with “Dress Nicely” and describe what you tried, what happened and approximately when. Include the app version and device type if readily available.
Do not attach photos, identity documents, passwords, Apple verification codes, access tokens or payment-card details in your first message. No response time is promised here.
Cloud features and purchases
Public cloud image generation, service-account access and image-credit purchases are not yet available. The account and cloud guidance below applies when those features are enabled in your app. This website does not announce an App Store release.
When an enabled AI feature is used, selected photos and accompanying information leave your device for processing. AI previews can change clothing and appearance details and do not verify physical fit. Device backups are separate from the app’s local storage.
Withdraw AI permission
Open More → Photos & privacy and withdraw AI permission. This blocks new app cloud requests, including queued requests checked before transfer. It does not recall an already running provider request, revoke account credentials or erase provider records.
Remove content or delete an account
Use the local removal controls for photos and results. Where service-account access is enabled, open the account-access page, choose Delete account, read the confirmation and follow its status. Active or queued work can prevent deletion until a safe state is reached.
An accepted deletion blocks service access and schedules temporary media cleanup. Financial, access-blocking, allowance and replay records can remain. It does not guarantee deletion from providers, Apple, backups or protected archives, and it does not restore a deleted account’s credit balance.
Automatic Apple-authorisation revocation requires suitable stored permission and separate Sign in with Apple configuration. Purchase-verification setup does not supply that permission. Follow any pending, retry or manual-action status. If asked, remove the app’s authorisation in Apple Account settings. Immediate successful revocation is not guaranteed.
Report an AI image
Choose Report image on the result and select a reason. The report sends the authenticated result/job reference and reason, not original reference photos, prompts or personal comments.
Allow review of this generated image is optional. It permits access only to the existing result while available, without another copy or longer storage. A receipt means the report was submitted, not that review is complete.
An uncertain purchase
Do not reset local data or buy a second transaction to resolve the first. The prepared flow rechecks the same transaction against the same recoverable account. Prices come from StoreKit; credits require the service’s committed account/transaction/product result and valid entitlements. Opening the credits page does not create an account or grant local credits.
A repeated verification does not create a second pack or undo a refund. A verified refund reversal can be reviewed through the protected billing process; no correction or restoration of a deleted account is guaranteed. No live restore, refund or buy-again procedure is offered while purchases are unavailable.
Purchase/refund case and decision records have separate retention from photos and host logs. The prepared service does not send consumption statistics to Apple’s consumption-information API.
Access, correction or privacy enquiries
Start your message with “Dress Nicely privacy” and say whether it concerns access, correction, consent, deletion or retention. Give the approximate processing date if useful, without attaching a photo. A later account or identity check should be limited to what is necessary.
Read the Dress Nicely privacy notice for recipients, data uses and separate retention rules. The contact form does not itself complete an account deletion.
